红河油田长9油藏调剖工艺优化与实践

摘要 针对红河油田长9油藏注水先导试验中出现水窜严重、基质原油动用困难等问题,在分析前期调剖效果的基础上,通过建立能够表征井间地层参数和连通关系的连通性动态预测模型,进而研制出封堵弱连通裂缝的强冻胶调剖体系,室内实验表明:65℃~75℃成胶时间36 h^72 h,裂缝中封堵强度达到3.54 MPa/m,基液黏度100 mPa·s^900 mPa·s可调;通过多段塞大剂量的调剖思路,依据油水井间动态响应计算堵剂用量。2019年红河油田长9油藏共实施调剖2井次,阶段增油149 t,取得了较好的调剖效果,具有良好的推广应用前景。 Aiming at the problems of severe water channeling and difficulty in using matrix crude oil in the pilot test of water injection in Chang 9 reservoir of Honghe oilfield,based on the analysis of the previous profile adjustment effect,connectivity dynamic prediction model capable of characterizing formation parameters and connectivity relationships between wells,then developed a strong freeze gel profile control system to block weakly connected cracks.Laboratory experiments show 65℃~75℃gel time 36 h^72 h,sealing strength in cracks reaches 3.54 MPa/m,base liquid viscosity adjustable from 100 mPa·s^900 mPa·s.High-dose profile adjustment ideas through multi-stage plugs,calculate the amount of plugging agent based on the dynamic response between oil and water wells.In 2019,the Chang 9 reservoir of Honghe oilfield implemented a total of 2 profile adjustments,stage fuel increase 149 t,achieved a good profile adjustment effect,has a good prospect of promotion and application.
