摘要
一次风机是循环流化床锅炉耗电率最大的转机,实施变频调速改造后,一次风机变频器输出电流有短周期小幅波动和长周期交替波动现象,本文通过对变频器PLC滤波程序和低频抢风的分析研究,提出解决办法和采取有效措施,以提高风机系统运行的安全稳定性。
The primary fan is the biggest power consumption of CFB.After the transformation of frequency conversion and speed regulation,the output current of the primary fan frequency converter has short cycle small amplitude fluctuation and long cycle alternate fluctuation.This paper proposes solutions and effective measures to improve the safety and stability of the fan system operation through the analysis and research of the frequency converter PLC filtering program and low-frequency rush.
