摘要
目前,临床上通常用正畸-正颌联合治疗的方式治疗严重的骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]。该方案包括传统的"正畸优先"即"术前正畸-正颌手术-术后正畸"模式以及"手术优先"两种模式,无论采取哪种模式,均要求在治疗结束后完全去除牙槽代偿。为深入理解不同治疗模式下各区域及各阶段牙槽去代偿的特征,本文就目前正颌手术治疗骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]患者牙槽去代偿情况的相关研究作一综述。
Skeletal classⅢproblem is one of the most challenging malocclusion for orthodontists.Combined orthodontic-surgical treatment is frequently applied in this type of malocclusion.There are two major protocols,a three-stage approach(preoperative orthodontics,surgery,and postoperative orthodontics)and surgery-first approach,aiming to eliminate dental compensation of the skeletal classⅢdentofacial deformities.The purpose of this article is to deepen the understanding about eliminating dental compensation of skeletal classⅢpatients.
