摘要
采用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术提取斑唇马先蒿挥发油,结果收集到挥发油总量为2.1g,萃取率为1.05%;通过GC-MS分析及软件检索,从萃取所得挥发油中鉴定出35种化学成分。其中,3-苯基-2-丙基-1-醇(63.05%)含量最高,其次,是二十四烷(8.467%),苯甲酰甲酸(0.18%)含量最低。此外,我们还测得人体不能自身合成且必需的脂肪酸-亚麻酸(0.192%),其具有较强的降脂和抗癌等作用,以及具有清香味且为增香剂的新植二烯(2.19%)。
In the present study,we extracted the volatile oil of Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis adopting supercritical carbon dioxide extraction.The result showed that the total amount of the volatile oil was 2.1 g and the extraction rate was 1.05%.Meanwhile,we totally identified 35 chemical components analyzed and searched with GC-MS and the computer,respectively.Among them,the content of 3-phenyl-2-propyl-1-alcohol was the highest(63.05%),while that of benzoyl formic acid was the lowest(0.18%),and the content of tetracosane was between them.In addition,linolenic acid(0.192%),an essential fatty acid that cannot be synthesized by the human body,which have the medical effect of lowering lipid and anti-cancer,has also been detected in this study.So as the Neophytadiene(2.19%),which was commonly used as aromatic.
