摘要
邯钢西区1号高炉因长期配吃湿焦炉缸不活跃,炉前倒场后出铁不顺,炉内频繁出气流,造成炉温过低,主沟渣沟冻结。本文对造成炉温大凉的原因及应对措施进行了总结,通过优化出铁方案,合理控制各项操作参数,快速恢复到正常生产水平,取得良好效果。
The No.1 BF in the west district of Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was not active for a long time with wet coke oven hearth, and the iron tapping was not smooth after the field dumping in front of the furnace. In this paper, the causes of furnace temperature cooling and the countermeasures are summarized. By optimizing the tapping scheme and reasonably controlling the operation parameters, the normal production level can be quickly restored and good results have been achieved.
