高炉出铁场摆动流槽优化改造

摘要 对宣钢2号炉前摆流槽过铁量偏低的原因进行了分析,通过采取加深落铁坑深度、出口端竖直面改倾斜面、固定式挡渣板改为可拆卸式、设置专用摆动流槽烘烤盖板等一系列有效措施,提高了摆动流槽过铁量,延长了摆动流槽的使用寿命,减少了炉前工人工作强度,为高炉长期稳定顺行和降低生铁成本奠定了基础。 The paper analyzed the reasons for the low iron passing rate of the pendulum tank in Xuansteel’s No.2 BF. Through a series of effective measures,such as deepening the depth of the sinkhole, changing the vertical plane of the exit end to the inclined plane, changing the fixed slag baffle to the detachable type, setting up the special swing through to bake the cover plate and so on, the iron throughput of the oscillating channel is increased, the service life of the oscillating channel is prolonged, and the work intensity of the fore-fumace worker is reduced, which lays the foundation for the long-term stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace and the cost of pig iron reduction.
