连退断带预警模型研究

Research on Early Warning Model of Broken Belt Phenomenon and Its Influencing Factors

摘要 针对连退机组出现的断带问题,充分考虑机组设备及生产工艺特点,介绍了断带现象的发生以及典型断带事故的形成机理。利用带钢的张力分布与各辊组电机扭矩和功率相结合的方法,通过各个辊组的扭矩与电机功率会随带钢的运行状态发生一定的波动,并对电机功率的变化率与理论稳态电机功率进行比较,建立一套连退过程断带预警模型,结合现场对断带影响因素的研究,预估生产过程中的断带风险,进而调节参数降低断带发生概率,并将其应用到生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,具有进一步推广应用的价值。 Aiming at the problem of the broken belt in the continuous retreat unit,the unit equipment and production process characteristics are fully considered,and the occurrence of the broken belt phenomenon and the breaking mechanism of the typical broken belt accident are introduced.By using the tension distribution of the strip and the torque and power of each roller set motor,the torque and motor power of each roller set will fluctuate with the running state of the strip,and the rate of change of the motor power and the theoretical steady state Comparing the motor power,establishing a set of early-breaking earlywarning model,combined with the on-site research on the influencing factors of the broken belt,estimating the risk of the broken belt in the production process,and then adjusting the parameters to reduce the probability of occurrence of the broken belt,and apply it to production practice has achieved good results and has the value of further promotion and application.
