摘要
近年来,区域经济韧性问题受到学者的关注。而创新能力对产业结构调整的作用,以及其产生的地区竞争力效应,使得创新能力对区域经济韧性具有重要影响。通过危机发生的时点,分时间段对全国29个省区市2008年到2018年的面板数据进行定量分析,研究创新能力与产业结构调整对区域经济韧性的影响。由面板回归模型估计得出,创新能力与经济韧性正相关;由面板门槛模型得出,在较高的创新水平下,产业结构调整和经济韧性正相关,而较低的创新能力和经济韧性负相关。根据上述结论提出相关建议。
In recent years,with the continuous occurrence of external shocks,the issue of regional economic re⁃silience has attracted more and more attention of scholars.The innovation capacity plays an important role in the ad⁃justment of industrial structure and regional competitiveness.This paper analyzes the panel data of 29 provinces and cities from 2008 to 2018 by the time point of the crisis,to study the impact of innovation capacity and industrial structure adjustment on regional economic resilience.It is estimated by panel regression model that innovation ca⁃pacity is positively correlated with economic resilience.Based on the panel threshold model,it is concluded that the adjustment of industrial structure is positively correlated with economic resilience at a higher level of innovation ca⁃pacity,while it is negatively correlated in regions with low innovation capacity.Finally,according to the conclusion,some suggestions are put forward.
