摘要
既有甬台温铁路是沿海铁路通道的重要组成部分,自建成以来为沿线地区经济发展提供了强有力的交通支撑,在综合交通运输体系中发挥了非常重要的作用。江苏、福建、广东等省正在积极布局沿海高标准铁路通道,其中汕头至汕尾段、福建至厦门段、盐城至南通段、南通至苏州至嘉兴至宁波段已启动前期工作或在建。在新的路网格局下,甬台温段成为高标准沿海通道的速度瓶颈,同时既有甬台温铁路的货运功能一直被限制,已建成的货场等没有完全发挥其作用,现代物流的铁路参与度较小,所以应尽快论证建设甬台温高铁的必要性。
The railway from Ningbo to Taizhou to Wenzhou is an important part of the coastal railway channel.Since its completion,it has provided a strong traffic support for the economic development along the area along the line,and played a very important role in the comprehensive transportation system.Jiangsu,Fujian,Guangdong and other provinces are actively laying out the high standard railway passageway in the coastal areas,among which the sections from Shantou to Shanwei,Fujian to Xiamen,Yancheng to Nantong,Nantong to Suzhou and Jiaxing to Ningbo have started preliminary work or are under construction.To become the speed bottleneck of the high standard coastal channel,at the same time,the freight function of the railway from Ningbo to Taizhou to Wenzhou has been limited,the completed freight yard has not fully played its role,the modern logistics railway participation is small,so it is necessary to demonstrate the construction of the high-speed railway from Ningbo to Taizhou to Wenzhou as soon as possible.
