摘要
为保证舰船装备(潜在)故障模式及影响分析的有效性,本文提出应从重视FMEA工作,将其纳入项目考核及开展FMEA培训,把握FMEA开展时机及有效利用FMEA管理手段,措施具体化及跟踪措施落地,建立产品故障信息数据库等方面着手。论述了当前FMEA工作中存在的若干问题,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了提高舰船装备FMEA工作有效性的途径,并介绍了一种方法,旨在纠正FMEA工作中的偏差,提高FMEA工作的有效性。
In order to ensure the validity of ship equipment FMEA technology,the following aspects are proposed in this paper,including sufficient attention to FMEA,incorporating in project assessment,conducting FMEA training,grasping right beginning occasion,effective use of FMEA management,measures materialization and tracking measures landing and establishing product failure information database.Then some existing problems related to the FMEA applied in quality work are pointed out and their main causes are analyzed.And then the approaches are put forward to improve the validity of FMEA.Furthermore,an effective method of FMEA is introdued in order to prevent quality failure systematically and improve the validity of FMEA.
