摘要
从重症监护病房(ICU)医护人员、死亡病人家属方面分析ICU病人的死亡质量现状,归纳ICU病人死亡质量的影响因素,包括姑息治疗实施情况、ICU死亡病人病情、ICU病人死亡前的身心灵状态、ICU病人家属的支持、ICU医疗费用,提出改善ICU病人死亡质量建议,包括加强姑息治疗培训、倡导设立预立医疗照护计划、聚焦病人的灵性需求、开展ICU日记疗法、重视医护人员心理健康状态,以期为提高我国ICU病人死亡质量提供指导。
This paper analyzed status quo of quality of dying and death of intensive care unit(ICU)patients from aspect of ICU medical staff and families of dead patients.Then it summarized influencing factors of quality of dying and death of ICU patients,including implementation of palliative treatment,condition of ICU dead patient,physical and spiritual state before death of ICU patients,family support of ICU patients,and medical expenses in ICU.Finally,this paper threw out some suggestions for improving quality of dying and death of ICU patients,including strengthening palliative treatment training,advocating advance care planning,focusing on patients'spiritual needs,carrying out ICU diary therapy,and paying attention to mental health of medical staff.This paper aimed at providing guidance for improving quality of dying and death of ICU patients in China.
