摘要
目的分析改善青光眼患者遵医行为和自我管理行为的护理方式。方法选取2018年9月至2019年1月收治的青光眼患者50例,按青光眼患者入院先后顺序随机分为常规护理组25例和多方位健康宣教模式组25例。常规护理组患者采取常规康复治疗和康复护理措施,多方位健康宣教模式组在常规护理组的基础上对青光眼患者实施多方位健康宣教模式,评价两组青光眼患者干预4周后并发症发生率、遵医行为,并采用自行设计的青光眼患者自我管理评价问卷比较两组青光眼患者的自我管理能力情况。结果多方位健康宣教模式组患者的自我管理效能高于常规护理组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),多方位健康宣教模式组患者的并发症发生例数低于常规护理组。结论运用多方位健康宣教模式可以提高青光眼患者自我管理能力和青光眼患者遵医行为,提升护理质量,值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the nursing methods to improve the compliance behavior and self-management behavior of glaucoma patients.Method A total of 50 patients with glaucoma admitted from September 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled.According to the order of glaucoma patients,25 patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group and 25 patients with multi-directional health education mode.The routine nursing group used routine rehabilitation and treatment.Multi-directional health education mode group on the basis of the routine nursing group on the glaucoma patients to implement a multi-faceted health education model,evaluation of glaucoma patients after 4 weeks of intervention,the incidence of complications,compliance with medical behavior,and the use of self-designed glaucoma the patient self-management evaluation questionnaire compared the self-management ability of the two groups of glaucoma patients.Result The self-management efficacy of the multi-faceted health education mode group was higher than that of the conventional nursing group.The difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The number of complications in the multi-directional health education mode group was lower than that of the conventional nursing group.Conclusion The multi-faceted health education mode can improve the self-management ability of glaucoma patients and the compliance behavior of glaucoma patients,and improve the quality of care.It is worth further promotion and use in clinical practice.
