摘要
目的探讨健康教育干预在内分泌失调合并糖尿病护理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年11月至2018年1月大连市友谊医院收治的90例内分泌失调合并糖尿病患者,随机将其分为对照组(n=45,予以常规护理干预)和研究组(n=45,在对照组基础上予以健康教育干预)。比较两组护理满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、血糖恢复正常时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果研究组护理满意度(97.78%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组血糖恢复正常时间[(3.22±1.21)d]、住院时间[(8.21±3.21)d]均短于对照组[(5.82±2.11)d、(11.41±3.52)d],差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。护理后,研究组SAS、SDS、GSES评分及血糖水平[(24.01±2.11)分、(24.01±2.01)分、(96.11±4.45)分和(7.11±1.01)mmol/L]均优于对照组[(41.22±5.01)分、(41.22±5.21)分、(82.22±4.11)分和(8.31±1.45)mmol/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率(2.22%)低于对照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对内分泌失调合并糖尿病者实施健康教育的干预效果较好,可改善焦虑、抑郁程度,提升自我效能,促进血糖恢复正常。
Objective To investigate the application value of health education intervention in the nursing of endocrine disorders and diabetes.Methods Ninety patients with endocrine disorders and diabetes who were admitted to Dalian Friendship Hospital from November 2017 to January 2018,randomly divide them into a control group(n=45,routine nursing intervention)and a study group(n=45,health education intervention based on the control group).The nursing satisfaction,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,blood glucose returns to normal time,hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the time to normal blood glucose[(3.22±1.21)days]and the length of hospital stay[(8.21±3.21)days]in the study group were shorter than those of the control group[(5.82±2.11),(11.41±3.52)days],and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS,SDS,GSES scores and blood glucose levels of the study group[(24.01±2.11)points,(24.01±2.01)points,(96.11±4.45)points and(7.11±1.01)mmol/L]were better than those of the control group[(41.22±5.01)points,(41.22±5.21)points,(82.22±4.11)points and(8.31±1.45)mmol/L],the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group(2.22%)was lower than that in the control group(22.22%),and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health education intervention for patients with endocrine disorders and diabetes is good,which can improve anxiety and depression,improve self-effi cacy,and promote blood glucose to return to normal.
