摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗更年期综合征患者的临床疗效。方法 82例更年期综合征患者均为2017年3月至2019年1月解放军第三一三医院所收治,采用双盲法将其分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用中医辩证治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(73.17%),二者数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率(7.32%)明显低于对照组(24.39%),二者数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对更年期综合征患者应用中西医联合治疗的效果理想,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with menopausal syndrome were admitted to the 313 Hospital of the PLA from March 2017 to January 2019.They were divided into a control group(n=41)and an observation group(n=41)using a double-blind method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.12%)was higher than that of the control group(73.17%).The difference between the two data was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.32%)was significantly lower than the control group group(24.39%),the difference between the two data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on climacteric syndrome is ideal and safe.
