摘要
目的探讨安多明联合阿魏酸哌嗪片、肾衰宁治疗慢性肾功能不全患者的疗效。方法选取2017年11月至2018年11月中国医科大学附属第一医院鞍山医院收治的56例慢性肾功能不全患者,采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C、D组,每组14例。A组单独给予安多明(羟苯磺酸钙胶囊)治疗,B组单独给予阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗,C组单独给予肾衰宁治疗,D组采用安多明联合阿魏酸哌嗪片、肾衰宁治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,D组尿素氮、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率与治疗前及A组、B组、C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。A组、B组、C组尿素氮、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。D组治疗有效率与A组、B组、C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。A组、B组、C组、D组治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。四组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论采用安多明联合阿魏酸哌嗪片、肾衰宁治疗慢性肾功能不全患者可有效降低血肌酐水平,提高治疗效果,且不增加不良反应,用药安全性较强。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of amodomine combined with piperazine ferulic acid tablets and Shenshuining on chronic renal insuffi ciency.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,56 patients with chronic renal insuffi ciency were admitted to Anshan Hospital of the First Affi liated Hospital of China Medical University.A random number table was used to divide A、B、C、D groups,with 14 cases in each group.A group was treated with adomin alone,B group was treated with piperazine ferulate alone,C group was treated with Shenshuining alone,D group was treated with amodomine combined with piperazine ferulic acid tablets and renshuining.The therapeutic eff ect of the two groups was compared.Results The clearance rate of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and endogenous creatinine in D group after treatment was statistically signifi cant compared with those in pre-treatment and A group,B group and C group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance between A group,B group and C group(P>0.05).The eff ective rate of treatment in D group was signifi cantly diff erent from that in A group,B group and C group(P>0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence between A group,B group,C group and D group(P<0.05).Compared with the total incidence of adverse reactions in 4 groups,there was no signifi cant diff erence(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic renal insuffi ciency with amodomine combined with piperazine ferulic acid tablets and Shenshuining can effectively reduce the level of serum creatinine,improve the therapeutic effect,and do not increase adverse reactions.
