摘要
赭曲霉毒素是一种粮食产品被霉菌污染后产生的对人畜都有危害的毒素,对其进行准确的测定,对于监测粮食产品质量安全具有非常重要的作用。本文通过对离子交换固相萃取柱净化高效液相色谱法测定食品中赭曲霉毒素A的方法进行验证,为方法检测准确度、适用性等指明方向。
Ochratoxin is a kind of toxin which is harmful to both human and livestock after being contaminated by mold in grain products.Accurate determination of ochratoxin is very important for monitoring the quality and safety of grain products.In this paper,the method of determination of ochratoxin A in food by high performance liquid chromatography with ion exchange solid phase extraction column purification was verified,which pointed out the direction for the accuracy and applicability of the method.
