摘要
目的探讨Protaper机用镍钛预备系统对牙髓炎患者的影响,为临床应用提供依据。方法回顾性分析2017年7月至2019年3月于本院接受治疗的79例牙髓炎患者的临床资料,按照预备根管方式的不同,分为对照组(n=39,39颗患牙),观察组(n=40,40颗患牙)。对照组采用不锈钢K锉预备根管,观察组采用Protaper机用镍钛预备系统预备根管。比较两组平均根管预备时间、根管预备的成形效果、根管填充效果、根管填充后的疼痛分级。结果观察组平均根管预备时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组根管预备的成形满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组根管填充效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛分级状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Protaper机用镍钛预备系统在牙髓炎患者根管治疗中的应用价值较高,有利于缩短根管预备时间,提升根管预备成形效果,改善根管填充状况,缓解术后疼痛。
Objective To explore the effect of Protaper preparation system of Ni-Ti on patients with pulpitis,and provide basis for clinical application.Methods The clinical data of 79 patients with pulpitis treated in our hospital from July 2017 to March 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different methods of preparing root canal,they were divided into control group(n=39,39 affected teeth)and observation group(n=40,40 affected teeth).The control group used stainless steel K file to prepare the root canal,and the observation group used the Protaper machine Ni-Ti preparation system to prepare the root canal.The mean root canal preparation time,root canal preparation effect and root tube filling effect,pain grading after root canal filling were compared between the two groups.Results The mean root canal preparation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of root canal preparation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of root canal filling in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the pain grading in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of Protaper Ni-Ti preparation system in root canal therapy of pulpitis patients is high,which is helpful to shorten root canal preparation time,improve the effect of root canal preparation and root canal filling and relieve postoperative pain.
