摘要
采用动态硫化法制备了乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),利用差示扫描量热法研究了EMA/NBR TPV及纯EMA的非等温结晶动力学,并采用Jeziorny法和莫志深法对TPV及EMA的非等温结晶机理进行了探讨。结果表明,TPV、EMA的非等温结晶行为均可用Jeziorny和莫志深法的动力学方程进行描述;与EMA相比,TPV具有较高的结晶起始温度、较慢的结晶速率及稳定的结晶度。
Ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer(EMA)/nitrile rubber(NBR)thermoplastic vulcani-zate(TPV)was prepared by dynamic vulcanization.The nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of EMA/NBR TPV and pure EMA were studied by differen-tial scanning calorimetry method.And the nonisothermal crystallization mechanism of TPV and EMA were discussed by Jeziorny method and MO Zhi-shen method.The results showed that the nonisothermal crystallization behavior of TPV and EMA could be described by the kinetic equations of Jeziorny and MO Zhi-shen methods.Compared with EMA,TPV had higher initial crystallization temperature,slower crystallization rate and stable crystallinity.
