摘要
在中国快速城镇化背景下,城市移民的社会融入成为理论与现实关注的热点之一。本研究以广州市外来务工人员为例,探讨休闲涉入对外来务工人员社会融入的影响。研究将外来务工人员的休闲涉入划分为行为涉入和社会心理涉入两个维度,其中社会心理涉入可进一步划分为吸引力、重要性和风险感知三个维度,社会融入则划分为经济整合和社会心理适应两个维度。研究发现:(1)外来务工人员的整体融入水平不高;(2)休闲涉入对社会融入有正向影响,且社会心理涉入比行为涉入对社会融入的影响程度更高,社会心理涉入中影响程度从高到低排序分别是重要性、吸引力、风险感知;(3)在异质性分析中,性别对社会融入有显著影响。本研究揭示了休闲涉入对社会融入的影响机制,并构建了休闲涉入与社会融入关系的理论模型,补充和完善了城市特殊群体休闲行为的相关研究。同时,本研究客观反映了外来务工人员的休闲涉入情况,为城市休闲规划和社区建设提供了新的思路和建议,对于推动休闲城市的建设具有参考价值。
In the context of Chinese rapid urbanization, the social integration of migrant workers has become one of the hotspots of theory and reality. The new urbanization strategy means that urbanization is not only the urbanization of the land and population, but also the urbanization of people, the lifestyle and the urbanization of living space. However, migrant workers still face many difficulties in the process of social integration,which hinders the process of urbanization. This paper focuses on the leisure behavior of migrant workers and cites the concept of leisure involvement which means the degree of behavioral participation and self-acceptance and self-identity of individuals involved in leisure activities due to factors such as their own hobbies, needs and values, and explores the impact of the leisure involvement of migrant workers on social integration. Research questions are as follow: What is the involvement of migrant workers in the city? What impact does leisure involvement have on their social integration? How to interpret this impact? In order to answer these questions, this study builds conceptual models and assumptions based on literature review, and uses empirical analysis to verify, in an attempt to reveal the impact of leisure involvement of migrant workers on social integration. In this paper, the leisure involvement of migrant workers is divided into two dimensions: behavioral involvement and social psychology involvement. The social psychological involvement can be further divided into three dimensions: attractiveness, importance and risk perception. Attractiveness refers to the pleasure and significance of leisure activities to migrant workers. Importance refers to the impact of leisure activities on the lifestyle of migrant workers and whether they play a leading role in individual relationships. Risk perception refers to the degree of perception of the negative impact of migrant workers on leisure activities and the lower the risk, the higher the level of leisure involvement. Social integrat
