摘要
在很多制件中,为了减少制件切边的毛刺,避免在组装和使用中不必要的损伤组合件以及造成操作危害,采用反折。伴随反折的毛丝,给冲压制件品质埋下了较大的隐患。介绍了反折压平去毛丝工艺。
In many products,in order to reduce the burr of edge cutting,avoid unnecessary damage to the assembly and operation hazards in assembly and use,reverse folding is used.With the back fold of the wool,there is a big hidden danger for the quality of stamping parts.This paper is to solve the problem of the wool.
