摘要
文中对中职学校如何培育工匠精神进行了探讨,从“教师代表课”培养、校园文化熏陶、思政课融合教学、“理实一体化”模式、校企合作、技能竞赛这六个方面进行深入分析,为新时代培养具有工匠精神的学生提供理论与实践支持.
This paper discussed how to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit in the secondary vocation-al school,and deeply analyzed the contents in six aspects,including,“teacher's representative lecture”cultivation,campus culture edification,integrated teaching of ideological and political courses,“theory-practice integration”model,school-enterprise cooperation,and skill competition,so as to provide theoretical and practical support to the cultivation of students with craftsmanship spirit in the new era.
