摘要
习近平总书记在全国教育大会上把劳动教育纳入社会主义建设者和接班人的总体要求之中,把劳动教育放到了极其重要的地位,丰富了我国教育方针的内涵。目前我国中小学劳动教育存在弱化的现象,中小学劳动教育亟待加强。陶行知的生活教育理论在本质上是一种实践的教育学说,具有很强的操作性,能够为新时代师陶学陶提供借鉴。重温陶行知的劳动教育观对新时代中小学实施劳动教育具有重要的启示意义:一要坚持“以劳促全”,重视劳动教育的价值;二要“在劳力上劳心”,丰富劳动教育的载体;三要由“知行”到“行知”,拓展劳动教育的内涵;四要坚持“教学做合一”,改进劳动教育的方法。
At the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping incorporated labor education into the overall requirements of socialist builders and successors,which enriched the connotation of China’s education policy and placed labor education in an extremely important position.At present,there is a phenomenon of weakening of labor education in primary and secondary schools in China.Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory is essentially a practical educational doctrine,with strong operability,which can provide a reference for the new era in learning from Tao Xingzhi.Revisiting Tao Xingzhi’s concept of labor education is of great enlightenment to the implementation of labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new era.First,we must adhere to the principle of“promoting labor education for the overall development”and attach the importance to the value of labor education;second,we should integrate labor education with intellectual education,and enrich he carrier of education;third,we should move from“learning how to do”to“doing what we learn”to expand the connotation of labor education;fourth,we should insist on the“integration of teaching,learning and doing”and improve the methods of labor education.
