摘要
为合理确定农业水利工程定额生产力水平,解决农业水利工程定额标准编制时间冗长、过程繁杂等问题,以固定产量下劳动消耗量的数值表示工人实际的生产力水平,通过对施工作业环境因素、施工工艺因素、工人技艺因素、完工检验合格因素这四项影响因素进行量化分析,计算目标工程情况与样本工程的综合相似度,构建了基于模糊数学和灰色关联理论的定额消耗量模型,并将该模型应用于辽宁省农业水利工程中。结果表明,该模型准确、合理,可准确地计算出定额消耗未知量,解决了定额编制时间长等问题,也确定了目标工程相应定额的生产力水平,为农业水利工程定额的编制提供了理论依据。
In order to determine the quota productivity level of agricultural water conservancy projects reasonably and solve the problems of long time and complicated process in the preparation of quota standards for agricultural water conservancy projects,the actual productivity level of workers is expressed by the numerical value of labor consumption under a fixed output.Through the quantitative analysis of the four influencing factors of construction work environment factors,construction process factors,worker skills factors,and completion inspection qualification factors,the comprehensive similarity between the target project and the sample project was calculated.A quota consumption model based on fuzzy mathematics and grey relational theory was constructed and applied to agricultural water conservancy projects in Liaoning Province.The results show that the model is accurate and reasonable,and can calculate the unknown quantity of quota consumption accurately,which solves the problem of long time of quota establishment and determines the productivity level of the target project’s corresponding quota.This model provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of agricultural water conservancy project quotas.
