摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情在全球蔓延,防控形势严峻。抗凝药物在COVID-19患者中广泛使用,但由于其特殊性,临床上常出现抗凝不足或抗凝过度的现象,从而造成严重后果。本文通过查阅COVID-19相关诊疗方案、专家共识及文献等,结合临床药师实践工作经验,整理并归纳了不同情况下COVID-19患者的合理抗凝方案并给出使用相关抗凝药物的的监护要点,以期为COVID-19患者抗凝方案的选择及药品监护内容提供参考,促进抗凝药物的安全、合理应用。
Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) spread worldwide,and the prevention and control situation is severe.Anticoagulants are widely used for patients with COVID-19,but due to the special feature of anticoagulants,either insufficient or excessive use of anticoagulants often occurs in clinical practice,and causes serious consequences.By referring to the relevant diagnosis and treatment plan,expert consensus and literatures on COVID-19,combined with the practical work experience,clinical pharmacists,summarized the reasonable anticoagulant regimens for patients with COVID-19 under different circumstances and the key points of anticoagulant monitoring.We hope to provide a reference for the selection and monitoring of anticoagulants for patients with COVID-19,and promote the safe and rational use of anticoagulants.
