摘要
"深化两岸融合发展"是十八大以来,大陆在新的历史条件下提出的推进两岸关系和平发展的新理念、新主张。近年来台海局势日趋复杂严峻,但在以经济交流为主轴的两岸融合发展态势更趋清晰。由于长期受台湾方面的政策制约,两岸经贸关系发展的单向性特征显著,结构性失衡问题长期存在,加上中美经贸摩擦升级、台湾当局推行"经济离中"政策等不利因素,两岸经济融合发展依然任重道远。当前形势下,应在深入探究两岸经济融合发展政经内涵的基础上,坚持问题导向,推进两岸产业融合,打造两岸共同市场,强化经济融合治理理念,推动两岸融合发展形成新局面。
"Deepening the cross-Strait integration and development" is a new concept and proposition put forward by the Chinese mainland to promote the peaceful development of the cross-Strait relations under new historical conditions since the 18 th CPC National Congress.In recent years,the situation in the Taiwan Strait has become increasingly complex and grim,but the trend of the cross-Strait integrated development centering on economic exchanges has become clearer.Due to the long-term constraints of Taiwan policies,the unidirectional characteristics of the cross-Strait economic and trade relations development are significantly presented while its structural imbalances exist for a long time.Moreover,with the escalation of Sino-US economic and trade frictions,the Taiwan authorities’ policy of "economic separation from the mainland" and other adverse factors,it is clear that there is still a long way to go in the economic integration and development between the two sides.Therefore,we should,under the current situation,adhere to the problem orientation,promote the cross-Strait industrial integration and create the cross-Strait common market on the basis of the in-depth exploration of the political and economic connotation of the their economic integrated development.Meanwhile,we should also strengthen the concept of the economic integration governance to ensure that a new situation of the integration and development takes shape.
