摘要
通过调研用户需求和对接触网结构的系统性研究,分析了接触网放线作业中存在的问题,设计了集架线与放线功能为一体的新一代综合型接触网放线车,用来代替传统接触网作业车与常规接触网放线车编组作业模式,并成功应用于济南地铁。综合型接触网放线车极大缩短了作业时间,提高了作业效率,此外,设计了多重安全保护措施,为施工作业人员高效作业提供安全保障。
Based on the investigation of user requirements,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the catenary cable discharging vehicle,studies the structure of catenary,and designs a new generation of integrated catenary cable discharging vehicle which integrates the functions of stringing and setting out.It has been successfully used and praised by metro company in Jinan.The integrated catenary cable discharging vehicle greatly shortens the working time and improves the working efficiency.In addition,multiple safety protection measures provide safety guarantee for efficient operation of construction workers.
