摘要高职会计专业所培养的技能型复合人才要紧跟经济发展的步伐,把握财务智能化的发展方向。在智慧财务高速发展的背景下,结合常规的会计人才培养模式,内江职业技术学院提出“三横四纵五层次”新培养模式:满足社会对不同层次会计人才的需求,培养基础实践型、综合技能型、智慧管理型三种会计人才;运用“互联网+”技术采用四种综合管理模式,即基础课程教学内容管理信息化、实践平台管理分类化、教学管理进度节点积分化、教学和管理过程云端可控化;针对文化与素质教学目标、基础技能教学目标、专业技能教学目标、综合业务处理培养目标、综合管理能力素质培养目标五层次培养目标,采用五层次的考核要求。力求在有限的教学资源下,构建多层次的会计人才培养模式,分层培养不同类型的财务人员。 Skilled compound talents cultivated by the accounting major of higher vocational colleges should keep up with the pace of economic development and grasp the development direction of intelligent finance.In the context of the rapid development of intelligent finance,combined with the conventional accounting talent training mode,Neijiang Vocational and Technical College proposed a new training mode of“three horizontals,four verticals and five levels”.First of all,to meet society's demands for accounting talents at different levels,cultivate three types of accounting talents,they are basic practices,comprehensive skills,and intelligent management.Secondly,the use of“Internet+”technology adopts four comprehensive management models,basic curriculum teaching content management information,practice platform management classification,teaching management progress node integration,and cloud control of teaching and management processes.Finally,according to the five-level training objectives of culture and quality teaching objectives,basic skills teaching objectives,professional skills teaching objectives,comprehensive business processing training objectives,and comprehensive management ability training objectives,five-level assessment requirements are adopted.It strives to build a multi-level accounting talent training mode with limited teaching resources,and train different types of financial personnel in layers.
