摘要 对装配式建筑施工企业进行系统、科学的评价,有助于业主更好地选择施工企业,同时施工企业可以根据评价结果进行针对性的提升,这具有重要的现实意义。通过总结国家政策和相关文献,从可持续发展的视角,构建了包括资质及财务水平、环境管理水平、装配式建造技术水平和BIM信息化管理水平四个方面的装配式建筑施工企业评价指标体系。将组合数和OWA算子相结合,建立了一套基于主观信息分析的权重确定新方法。将三参数区间灰数(T-PIGN)和TOPSIS法进行组合优化,提出了基于T-PIGN-TOPSIS法的装配式建筑施工企业优选评价模型。在此基础上,通过工程实例分析表明,该优选模型可以合理地对备选施工企业进行评价排序,其区分度较一般方法更为明显,能够达到优选施工企业的目的。 The systematic and scientific evaluation of prefabricated construction enterprises is helpful for the owners to select construction enterprises better.At the same time,construction enterprises can make targeted improvement according to the evaluation results,which has important practical significance.By summarizing national policies and related literatures,evaluation system for construction enterprises of prefabricated building is structured from the sustainable development perspective.It includes qualification and financial level,environmental management level,prefabricated construction technology level and BIM informatization management level.Combining the combinatorial numbers with the OWA operator,a new method for weight confirmation is established on the basis of subjective information analysis.The three-parameter interval gray number(T-PIGN)and TOPSIS are combined for optimization,and an optimal evaluation model for construction enterprises of prefabricated building is proposed on the basis of T-PIGN-TOPSIS method.Based on this,the analysis of engineering examples shows that the optimal model can reasonably evaluate and sort alternative construction enterprises.Its discrimination is more obvious than general methods,which can achieve the purpose of selecting optimal construction enterprises.
