摘要
介绍了一种活性焦烟气净化系统制酸废水零排放处理工艺,提出了预处理、除氨氮系统、膜系统和蒸发结晶系统的处理流程。经上述工艺处理后的出水可作为工业新水回收利用,实现废水零排放,为活性焦烟气净化制酸废水零排放处理设计提供了参考依据。
A zero-discharge treatment process for acid-making wastewater from active coke flue gas purification system is introduced,and the treatment processes of pretreatment,ammonia and nitrogen removal system,membrane system and evaporation crystallization system is proposed.The effluent produced by the above process can be recycled as new industrial water to realize zero discharge of wastewater,and it provides a reference basis for the design of zero discharge treatment of acid-making wastewater from activate coke flue gas purification.
