摘要
我国正处于农业农村现代化的转型期,做好乡村治理工作需要准确把握基层治理所处转型期的典型特征,以及由此产生的治理新要求。无论是空间上的转移还是行业上的转移,农村劳动力转移直接影响着乡村人口的分化和经济结构的多元化,给乡村治理带来了更大的挑战和困难。
China is in the transition period of agricultural and rural modernization,so it is necessary to accurately grasp the typical characteristics of the transition period of grass-roots governance and the new governance requirements arising from it.No matter in terms of space transfer or industry transfer,rural labor force has a direct impact on the differentiation of rural population and the diversification of economic structure,bringing greater challenges and difficulties to rural governance.
