摘要
少量饮酒同时使用含双硫仑的药物容易引发双硫仑样反应。近年来国内外多有文献报道这种不良反应,有些病人甚至因此死亡。双硫仑样反应致死缺乏特征性的病理学改变,是法医学实践中的难点。本文就双硫仑样反应的历史、病因、症状表现、药理机制及法医学诊断进行综述,探讨处理该类案件的注意事项,为相关的法医学鉴定提供借鉴。
Alcohol drinking while using disulfiram can rapidly induce a disulfiram-like reaction. In recent years, a number of studies have reported this adverse reaction which, in some cases, even caused death in patients. There are little specific features of pathological changes in death due to disulfiram-like reaction, which results in a difficulty in forensic practice. This paper reviews the history, pathogenesis, symptom, molecular mechanism, and forensic pathological diagnosis of the death due to disulfiram-like reaction. Considerations in dealing with related cases is discussed in order to provide guidance for related forensic identification.
