摘要
目的观察温通针法治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法将56例肾阳亏虚型前列腺增生的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。治疗组接受温通针法治疗;对照组接受非那雄胺片治疗。观察两组治疗前后主要症状评分、最大尿流率(Qmax)、国际前列腺评分(IPSS)、前列腺体积(PV)变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗前后主要症状评分、Qmax、IPSS、PV比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后Qmax评分、IPSS与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为85.7%,高于对照组的64.3%(P<0.05)。结论温通针法是一种治疗肾阳亏虚型前列腺增生症的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warming-unblocking needling method in treating prostatic hyperplasia.Method Fifty-six patients with prostatic hyperplasia due to kidney-yang deficiency were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 28 cases in each group.The treatment group received warming-unblocking needling method;the control group received Finasteride tablets.The major symptoms scores,maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)and prostate volume(PV)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result The posttreatment differences in the major symptoms scores,Qmax,IPSS and PV were statistically significant in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the Qmax score and IPSS in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 85.7%in the treatment group,higher than 64.3%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming-unblocking needling method is an effective approach for prostatic hyperplasia due to kidney-yang deficiency.
