摘要
伴随我国经济快速发展,人才竞争越来越激烈,造成各大院校育人压力骤增。该文针对新时期独立学院大学生就业现状进行深入探讨,切实找出新时期独立院校大学生就业问题,并针对各类问题提出解决策略,切实帮助独立院校大学生走出就业困境。
With the rapid development of China's economy,the competition for talents is more and more fierce,resulting in a sudden increase of pressure on the education of universities.In view of the current employment situation of college students in independent colleges in the new era,we conduct in-depth discussion to find out the employment problems of college students in independent colleges in the new era,and propose solutions to various problems,so as to help college students in independent colleges out of the employment dilemma.
