摘要
文章设计了满足互联网时代的多主体高等教育服务满意度网上评估体系。这个评估体系能实时地对一个高校提供的教育服务进行评估,便于高校管理者及时发现问题,及时调整自身的学科建设和专业结构,有针对性地改进相关服务,合理有效地使用和分配教育资源。
This paper designs a multi-agent higher education service satisfaction online evaluation system to meet the Internet era needs.This evaluation system can evaluate the education services provided by a university in real time,which is convenient for university managers to find out problems in time,adjust and perfect their own discipline construction and professional structure in time,improve relevant services,distribute education resources reasonably and use them effectively.
