摘要
Period(Per1、Per2、Per3)基因广泛分布于生物体中,对许多生物的昼夜节律、细胞周期、DNA损伤修复起重要的作用。目前许多研究结果显示,Period基因是一种抑癌基因,与乳腺癌的发生密切相关,其启动子高甲基化导致了其在乳腺癌中表达下调。本文就Period基因与乳腺癌关系的研究进展进行综述。
Period(Per1,Per2,Per3)genes are widely distributed in organisms and play an important role in circadian rhythm,cell cycle and DNA damage repair in many organisms.At present,many studies have shown that Period gene is a tumor suppressor gene,which is closely related to the occurrence of breast cancer.Hypermethylation of its promoter leads to down-regulation of expression in breast cancer.This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between Period gene and breast cancer.
