摘要
AOD是冶炼不锈钢的核心设备,冶炼镍钢所需预熔液通常是由返回废钢、高碳铬铁、铬镍生铁等熔液的混合而成,根据原料结构、冶炼装备工艺不同,预熔液可分为电炉或脱Si转炉等方式生产的低Si预熔液、通过混合而成的中高Si预熔液,以及未经脱Si处理直接兑入AOD的高Si预熔液。冶炼铬钢主要使用铁水、含Si量高的高碳铬铁。随着AOD预熔液C、Si含量的升高,脱C期间炉内渣量升高,在脱C过程中出现喷溅现象,喷溅严重时出现烧损侧吹软管、钢渣车道轨等生产事故,并且造成安全隐患。通过生产实践,采用不同炉龄阶段合理控制入炉Si含量、抑制脱C反应、准确的倒渣时机、喷溅前压渣、避免低温预熔液冶炼等措施可以控制喷溅问题。
AOD is major device for stainless steel melting.Premelting liquid for nickel stainless steel usually is mixed by Ni Scrap and HCFeCr and nickel chromium Pig iron,Premelting liquid types can be distributed into low Si content and middle to high Si content and Si content,according difference of the structure of raw material and melting process technology.Raw material of chromium stainless melting are hot metal and HCFeCr.During melting process,splashing trouble in AOD can occur along with Si and C content increasing in Premelting liquid,and create production or safety accident such as burning loss of tuyere pipe or rail way for ladle car.Based on the production practice,right Si content and temperature of Premelting liquid and decarburization reaction rate and right time for deslaging and slag pressing are helpful to control splashing trouble.
