摘要
大数据时代海量的数据蕴藏着丰富的信息价值。网络时代公共卫生安全类事件屡屡出现于公众的视野,2019年12月冠状病毒肺炎引起的疫情危机在网上曝光后,引起数亿网民的关注。公安机关要发挥网络警察的作用,引导舆情走向、妥善处理舆情危机、避免出现群体性恐慌、维护社会秩序的稳定,确保人民群众的正常生产、生活秩序。公安机关在应对重大疫情型突发公共卫生事件中,要坚持原则导向,自觉运用应急管理理论和方法,加强大数据在预警机制中的应用,建立警察与媒体协同应对机制,优化公安机关服务意识,确保特殊时期网络舆情的正确走向。
Huge amounts of data oceans in the era of big data contain rich information value.Public health and safety events in the network age have repeatedly appeared in the public’s vision.Public health and safety public opinion has continued to stir up a stir in China.After the outbreak of the epidemic crisis was exposed online,it attracted the attention of hundreds of millions of internet users day and night.At this time,the public security organs need to play the role of network police to guide public opinion,properly handle public opinion crises,and avoid mass panic,so as to maintain the stability of social order and ensure the normal production and living order of the people.In responding to major public health emergencies,public security organs must first adhere to the principle of principle,secondly consciously apply emergency management theories and methods,strengthen the application of big data in the early warning mechanism,establish a coordinated response mechanism between the police and the media,and optimize the public security organs.Service awareness to ensure the correct trend of Internet public opinion in special times.
