摘要
当前网络犯罪整体上处于高发态势,且不断有新特点、新手段产生。网络犯罪的取证一直是研究热点和难点,因此需要在侦查技术方面进行革新,以应对不断出现的新型智能化犯罪。同时,在网络犯罪的侦查取证过程中,声纹技术在判断案件性质、犯罪心理画像提供侦查线索、同一认定作为定案依据、网络阵地控制和高危地区、高危人群管控等方面往往能发挥重要作用。实现声纹技术的广泛应用,声纹数据采集和运用的合法性难题、声纹技术部门建设和人才培养滞后、专门声纹实验室建设不足、数据应用的地域局限和侦查体制限制等问题亟待解决。
At present,the network crime is still in a high incidence situation,and has new characteristics and new means.Forensics of cyber crimes has always been a hot and difficult research topic,so it is necessary to carry out innovation in investigation technology to deal with the emerging new intelligent crimes.At the same time,in the process of investigation and evidence collection of cyber crimes,voguematography technology often plays an important role in determining the nature of the case,providing investigation clues for psychological portrait of the crime,using the same identification as the basis for determining the case,network position control and control of high-risk areas and groups.However,in order to realize the wide application of voiceprint technology,there are still some problems need to be solved,such as the legality of voiceprint data collection and application,the lag of voiceprint technical department construction and talent training,the insufficient construction of special voiceprint laboratories,the regional limitations of data application and the limitations of investigation system.
