摘要
党内监察制度建设是加强党的建设的重要内容。这一制度在革命、建设和改革时期逐渐形成以制度监察为核心的规范化、系统化和科学化的全方位党内监察体系,在实践中已经形成了许多优良传统和成功做法。回顾和总结这些历史经验,对新时代党内监察制度建设具有重要的借鉴作用,要求在加强制度建设时,必须坚持党的领导,必须坚持继承和创新相结合,党内外监察相结合,必须坚持制度建设的规范化、法律化和科学化。
The construction of inner-party supervision system is an important part of strengthening the party construction.During the period of revolution,construction and reform,this system gradually formed a standardized,systematic and scientific inner-party supervision system centered on system monitoring,and has formed many excellent traditions and successful practices in practice.Reviewing and summarizing these historical experiences will provide important reference for the construction of the inner-party supervision system in the new era.It is required that in strengthening the system construction,people must uphold the party's leadership,combine inheritance with innovation,integrate internal and external supervision,and make the system construction standardized,legal and scientific.
