摘要
目的探讨年龄相关性听力损失患者人工耳蜗植入术后心理健康状况及生活质量。方法采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、生活满意度指数A(LSI-A)对13例年龄相关性听力损失患者在CI术前及开机后6个月进行评估。结果13例患者在开机半年后SCL-90问卷的人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、躯体化、强迫症状、精神病性、偏执的得分均明显低于术前(P<0.05);术后6个月SAS得分(36.77±7.18分)较术前(40.92±8.47分)降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SDS得分(38.08±9.42分),较术前(45.46±11.78分)降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后EPQ的内外倾向、神经质、精神质、掩饰性四个量表得分与术前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后LSI-A得分平均10分(9~15分)较术前(平均7分,5.5~14分)明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工耳蜗植入有利于改善年龄相关性听力损失患者的心理健康状况并提高生活质量,在进行听觉言语康复的同时,还应关注其心理和社会交往状况,以帮助其回归主流社会。
Objective To investigate the mental health and quality of life in patients with age-related hearing loss after cochlear implant.Methods A total of 13 patients with age-related hearing loss were evaluated by the 90-symptom checklist(SCL-90),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),EPQ questionnaire and life satisfaction scales(LSI-A).Results All 13 patients after six months in interpersonal sensi-tivity,anxiety,hostility,terror,somatization,force symptom,psychotic,paranoid scores were significantly lower than those of preoperative(P<0.05),and 6 months after the SAS results was 36.77±7.18,compared with preoperative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the results of SDS was 38.08±9.42,compared with preoperative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the scores of internal and external tendency,neuroticism,psychoticism and dissembleness of the four scales before and after the operation(P>0.05).The results of LSI-A after the operation were significantly improved compared with those before the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cochlear implant is beneficial to improve the mental health status and quality of life of patients with age-related hearing loss.We should pay attention to their psychological and social communication status while auditory and speech rehabilitation,so as to help them return to the mainstream society.
