摘要
目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清、卵泡液中可溶性糖基化终产物受体(sRAGE)、骨形态发生蛋白-15(BMP-15)的表达特点,分析二者与PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗和炎性反应关系。方法:选择2018年2月—2019年6月本院收治的PCOS患者92例(PCOS组)和参加体检的正常育龄妇女100例(对照组),检测血清、卵泡液中sRAGE、BMP-15水平,Pearson相关性分析该两项指标与PCOS患者炎性细胞因子、胰岛素抵抗相关性。结果:PCOS组血清、卵泡液中sRAGE水平高于对照组,BMP-15低于对照组(均P<0.05);血清白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白介素-10(IL-10)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。PCOS组血清、卵泡液中sRAGE与IL-6、hs-CRP、PCT、IL-10、PFG、FINS、HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05),BMP-15与上述指标呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:PCOS患者血清、卵泡液中sRAGE水平升高,BMP-15水平降低,二者与PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗和炎性反应存在一定关系。
Objective:To investigate the expression of soluble glycation end product receptor(sRAGE)and bone morphogenetic protein-15(BMP-15)in serum and follicular fluid of women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and to analyze the relationship between the levels of sRAGE and BMP-15 in serum and follicular fluid of women with PCOS and their insulin resistance and inflammatory response.Methods:From February 2018 to June 2019,92 women with PCOS were selected in observation group and 100 normal women of childbearing age were selected in control group.The levels of sRAGE and BMP-15 in serum and follicular fluid were detected.Pearson correlation analysis was used for evaluating the relationship between the levels of sRAGE and BMP-15 in serum and follicular fluid and their inflammatory cytokines level and insulin resistance.Results:The sRAGE level in serum and follicular fluid of women in the observation group were significant higher than those of women in the control group,but the BMP-15 level in serum and follicular fluid of women were significant lower(all P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,hs CRP,PCT,IL-10,FPG,fins and HOMA-IR of women in the observation group were significant higher than those of women in the control group(P<0.05).The sRAGE level in serum and follicular fluid of women in the observation group was positively correlated with their level of IL-6,hs-CRP,PCT,IL-10,PFG,or FINS,or HOMA-IR value(P<0.05),while BMP-15 level in serum and follicular fluid of women in the observation group was negatively correlated with their level of IL-6,hs-CRP,PCT,IL-10,PFG,or FINS,or HOMA-IR value(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sRAGE level in serum and follicular fluid of women with PCOS increases,but their BMP-15 level decreases,which both are related to insulin resistance and inflammatory response of women with PCOS.
