摘要 提出了一种新的全空气THIC空调系统,并对其夏季工况进行了研究,给出了新系统能达到的最小热湿比和新风比范围。计算分析了显热或全热回收器迎风面积变化时,对低温表冷器制冷量,以及其单位制冷量除湿量的影响。发现全热回收器才是系统中的关键部件,增加全热回收器的迎风面积可以大幅度减少低温表冷器的制冷量,并在一定迎风面积范围内,快速提升低温表冷器单位制冷量的除湿量。而显热回收器迎风面积变化时的影响很小。 A new all-air THIC system is proposed,and its working conditions in summer are studied.The minimum heat-humidity ratio and fresh air ratio range that the new system can achieve are given.The influence of the change of sensible heat or total heat exchanger windward area on the refrigeration capacity of cryogenic surface cooler and its dehumidification capacity per unit refrigeration capacity is calculated and analyzed.It is found that total heat exchanger is the key component of the system.The upwind area of the total heat exchanger can greatly reduce the refrigeration capacity of the cryogenic surface cooler,and rapidly increase the dehumidification capacity of the unit refrigeration capacity of the cryogenic surface cooler within a certain upwind area,while the influence of the upwind area of the sensible heat exchanger is very small.
