B超结合CA125检查在卵巢肿瘤中的鉴别诊断应用

摘要 目的:探讨B超结合CA125检查在卵巢肿瘤中的鉴别诊断的应用。方法:选取我院2019年1—12月诊治的卵巢肿瘤患者共80例作为研究对象,根据肿瘤的良恶性质分成2组,恶性组和良性组,各40例,所有研究对象均行B超和CA125检查,之后与术后病理相比较,分别比较评估B超以及两者结合时对卵巢肿瘤的鉴别诊断结果的影响。结果:两者结合检查较单独B超检查可以提升对卵巢肿瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断的准确率。结论:B超结合CA125检查在卵巢肿瘤中的鉴别诊断能得到良好的临床应用价值,值得广泛使用。
