摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基体,以壳聚糖(CS)为功能性添加剂,采用冻融法与辐射法相结合的工艺技术制备出CS/PVA水凝胶.分别研究了吸收剂量和制备工艺对PVA水凝胶性能和SEM形貌的影响;研究了壳聚糖浓度和制备工艺对CS/PVA水凝胶溶胀性能和力学性能的影响;研究了CS/PVA水凝胶对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果.结果表明:采用先冻融后辐射方法制备PVA水凝胶,该制备工艺既解决了冻融法合成水凝胶不透明的问题,又解决了辐射法合成水凝胶起泡和强度较弱的问题.CS的添加,不仅提高了PVA水凝胶的溶胀性能,而且使得CS/PVA水凝胶对大肠杆菌具有较好的抑菌作用.
In this paper,the CS/PVA hydrogels were prepared from polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and chitosan(CS)as functional additives.The effects of absorbed dose and preparation process on the properties of PVA hydrogels and the morphology of SEM were studied.The effects of chitosan concentration and preparation process on swelling and mechanical properties of CS/PVA hydrogels were studied.The antibacterial effect of CS/PVA hydrogels on Escherichia coli was studied.The preparation process that the PVA hydrogels was prepared by freezing and thawing first then irradiation,not only solved the problem of opaque synthesis of hydrogels by freezing and thawing,but also solved the problem of foaming and weak strength of hydrogels synthesized by irradiation.The addition of CS not only enhanced the swelling property of PVA hydrogels,but also made CS/PVA hydrogels play a better bacteriostatic effect on E.coli.
