摘要
目的:观察刺络拔罐联合中药内服治疗血瘀型寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法:选择2017年2月—2019年2月于我院皮肤科诊治的100例符合纳入标准的血瘀型寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者使用他卡西醇软膏适量涂抹,2次/d,配合桃红四物汤口服,2次/d。观察组患者在对照组基础上加用刺络拔罐疗法,两组均治疗一个月。观察两组患者治疗前后的银屑病皮损面积和严重度指数(PASI)评分、银屑病患者生活质量(PQOLS)评分和临床疗效差异。结果:经过一个月的治疗,两组患者PASI评分、PQOLS评分均低于治疗前,观察组患者PASI评分低于对照组,观察组患者PQOLS评分低于对照组,观察组患者的临床总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组患者的76.00%,两组数据比较,经统计学检验得出有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对血瘀型寻常型银屑病患者采用刺络拔罐联合中药内服法改善症状效果显著,能够改善患者皮肤损伤,提高患者的生活质量,不良反应小。
Objective:Observing clinical effect of cupping with collaterals and cupping combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine on blood stasis psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:100 patients with blood stasis type psoriasis vulgaris who met the inclusion criteria in the dermatology department of our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.Group of 50 cases.Patients in the control group were given an appropriate amount of tacasitol ointment,2 times a day,orally with Taohong Siwu decoction,twice a day.The patients in the observation group were treated with pricking and cupping therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine orally.One month.The psoriatic lesion area and severity index(PASI)score,the quality of life(PQOLS)score of psoriasis patients and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After one month of treatment,the PASI score and PQOLS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The PASI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The PQOLS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%was significantly higher than 76.00%of the control group.The data of the two groups were statistically tested and found to be significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with blood stasis type psoriasis vulgaris,the use of spinal cupping and traditional Chinese medicine orally to improve the symptoms has significant effects,can improve the skin damage of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and have little adverse reactions.
