摘要 基于广东省各产业现状和发展对技术技能人才需求的变化,分专业类别和专业两个层面,从覆盖面、集中度和在校生规模等视角,对专业结构与产业现状展开对接分析,发现广东高职院校存在工科专业设置偏少、重点产业人才供给不足、专业趋同化等问题。需要通过政府建立产业-专业联动机制、企业落实产教融合试点、院校精准育人等举措促进广东省高职院校专业结构与产业发展相对接。 Based on the demand variation of the technical and skilled personnel caused by the current situation and development of various industries in Guangdong Province, the article presents the docking research of specialty structure and industrial development at two levels of specialty categories and specialty and from the angles of coverage, concentration and scale of students at school. The results show that the problems exist in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, such as the small numbers of engineering specialties, an undersupply of key industries personnel and the assimilation of specialty setting. Accordingly, countermeasures are put forward, such as establishing the industry-specialty linkage mechanism by the government, implementing the experimental project of the integration of industry and education by the enterprises, and implementing the precision teaching and cultivating by higher vocational colleges, so as to promote the docking between specialty structure of higher vocational colleges and industry development in Guangdong Province.
