企业员工技能培养的实践逻辑——对日本松下电器公司的个案分析 被引量:1

摘要 企业对知识技术的依赖是企业进行员工技能培训的根本原因。只有企业家关注到这种需要并积极付诸行动,企业员工技能培训才会由可能变为现实。松下电器公司负责人认识到这种需要并积极在企业中推行员工知识技能培训,不仅以"造物先造人"理念经营企业,而且将此作为企业社会责任的一种体现。在这种理念与定位下,松下电器公司建成以培养人格健全的员工为目的,以通用技术为核心内容,以学习、实践、反省为方法,以工作场所内技能训练、工作场所外技能训练、企业学校为途径的技能培养体系。企业员工技能培训不仅推动松下电器公司的发展,而且使企业教育成为与学校教育明显不同却有密切关联的教育形态,并成为企业服务社会的有效方式,实现了经济效益、教育效益与社会效益的有机统一。 Enterprises’ dependence on knowledge and technology is the fundamental reason for employees’ skill training. Of course, it is only when entrepreneurs pay attention to this need and take action, the employee skills training will become a reality. Panasonic executives recognized this need and actively promoted knowledge and skills training within corporate, not only to run the corporate with the concept of"creation first to create", but also regard it as a reflection of corporate’s social responsibility. Under this conception and orientation, Matsushita established a vocational skill training system with the purpose of cultivating employees with sound personality, taking general technology as the core content, taking learning, practice and introspection as the methods, and taking skills training in the workplace, outside the workplace or the enterprise-run schools. Employee skills training not only promotes the development of Matsushita, but also constitutes an education form which is obviously different from school education while closely related to it, and becomes an effective way for enterprises to serve the society, realizing the organic unification of economic benefits, educational benefits and social benefits.
