摘要
目的分析东北地区糖尿病患者皮肤病患病情况及相关危险因素。方法该研究抽选东北地区113例糖尿病住院患者作为观察对象,样本抽选时间为2018年6月—2019年6月期间。回顾性分析上述患者的临床病历资料,掌握其皮肤病患病情况,并且分析导致糖尿病患者发生皮肤病的相关危险因素。结果其中真菌感染占比>湿疹炎占比>细菌感染占比>瘙痒症占比>荨麻疹占比>非念珠菌性擦烂红斑占比>皮赘占比与黄皮肤占比>胫前色素斑占比>过敏性紫癜占比与皮肤淀粉样变性占比,经多因素非条件Logistic回归分析发现,东北地区糖尿病患者发生皮肤病同糖尿病并发症、高血压以及血脂异常因素之间有密切关联。结论东北地区糖尿病患者皮肤病主要以真菌感染为主,高血压、血脂异常以及糖尿病并发症为导致患者出现皮肤病的重要危险因素。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of dermatosis and related risk factors in diabetic patients in Northeast China.Methods This study selected 113 inpatients with diabetes in Northeast China as observation objects.The sample selection period was from June 2018 to June 2019.Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of the above patients,grasp the prevalence of their skin diseases,and analyze the related risk factors that lead to skin diseases in diabetic patients.Results Among them,Proportion of fungal infection proportion of>eczematitis proportion of>bacterial infection proportion of>pruritus proportion of>urticaria proportion of>proportion of erythema caused by non-candida abrasives proportion of>dermatophytosis proportion of>proportion of tibial pretibial pigmentation proportion of>proportion of allergic purpura proportion of>proportion of skin amyloidosis proportion,after multi-factor unconditional logistic regression analysis,it was found that there was a close relationship between the occurrence of skin disease and diabetes complications,hypertension and dyslipidemia in diabetic patients in Northeast China associated.Conclusion The skin diseases of diabetic patients in Northeast China are mainly fungal infections.Hypertension,dyslipidemia and diabetic complications are important risk factors for patients with skin diseases.
