摘要
目的观察与研究甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选取2019年6—10月来该院就诊的50例2型糖尿病患者,以“随机双盲法”将入选研究的50例患者分为两组,25例给予预混胰岛素治疗(对比组),25例采取甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗(研究组),比较临床疗效(总有效率、血糖水平、炎性因子)。结果研究组临床总有效率(96.00%)高于对比组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、以及各项炎性因子组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组上述指标均有所降低,但研究组降低幅度更加明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予2型糖尿病患者甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈这一治疗方式,有助于提高临床总有效率,更好控制血糖水平,改善炎性反应。
Objective To observe and study the efficacy of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes who came to the hospital for treatment from June to October 2019 were selected,and the 50 patients enrolled in the study were divided into two groups by"randomized double-blind method".25 cases were treated with premixed insulin(control group),and 25 cases were treated with insulin glargine combined with regginol(study group),and the clinical efficacy(total effective rate,blood glucose level,inflammatory factors)was compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the two groups of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and various inflammatory factor groups.There was no statistically significan difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above two indexes of the two groups were reduced,but the reduction of the study group was more obvious,and the difference between the groups was statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in patients with type 2 diabetes can help improve the overall clinical effectiveness,better control blood glucose levels,and improve inflammatory response.
