尿糖联合尿微量白蛋白检验对糖尿病患者早期肾损伤的诊断价值分析 被引量:9

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Urine Glucose Combined with Urine Microalbumin Test for Early Renal Injury in Diabetic Patients

摘要 目的分析糖尿病患者早期肾损伤的诊断中,尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验的效果。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月在该院进行治疗的90例糖尿病患者作为研究组,并选取同期在该院接受体检的90名体检者作为常规组,两组患者均接受尿糖和尿微量白蛋白检测。分析两组患者的尿糖和尿微量白蛋白的含量和阳性率,并探究尿糖和尿微量白蛋白与糖尿病早期肾损伤间的关联性。结果相对于常规组,研究组患者的尿糖和尿微量白蛋白的含量更高,且阳性率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析尿糖和尿微量白蛋白与糖尿病早期肾损伤间的关联性,结果显示,三者之间存在紧密的联系,且为正相关(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者早期肾损伤的诊断中,将尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合,可提升该病的诊断率,值得在临床上可广泛的运用。 Objective To analyze the effect of urine glucose and urine microalbumin in the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetic patients.Methods 90 patients with diabetes treated in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research group,and 90 medical examinees who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the routine group.Both groups of patients were tested for urine glucose and microalbuminuria.The content and positive rate of urine glucose and urine microalbumin in the two groups of patients were analyzed,and the correlation between urine glucose and urine microalbumin and early renal injury in diabetes was explored.Results Compared with the conventional group,the content of urine glucose and urine microalbumin was higher in the study group,and the positive rate was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);analysis of the correlation between urine glucose and urine microalbumin and early diabetes kidney injury,the results showed that there was a close relationship between the three,and a positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of early kidney injury in diabetic patients,the combination of urine glucose and urine microalbumin can improve the diagnosis rate of the disease and can be widely used in clinic.
